Each Bibi EmJay  piece comes with a 6 month warranty, giving you piece of mind that should anything happen within those 6 months you can get it repaired free of charge. After the 6 month warranty period, any accidental damage/ breakage can be repaired at a small charge.

Jewellery Care

All of our pieces are lovingly created using 925 Sterling Silver, Gold Plating, Rose Gold Plating & Semi-Precious Stones.

These Stones are natural and are therefore unique, so from time to time may vary in size, tone and finish. Small imperfections or ‘beauty spots’, as we like to call them, are inherent and add character and individuality to the Stone.

Our top tips for keeping your Bibi EmJay Jewellery always looking fabulous and fresh

Polish: Frequently polish with a soft cloth to maintain a beautiful shine and avoid any tarnishing build up.

JEWELLERY POLISHING CLOTHS

Store: Keep your jewellery in a tarnish-resistant pouch/box or in an air tight box. Please note that gift boxes are not suited for long-term storage.  

Limited Contact: Try to avoid jewellery contact with moisturisers, perfume, chlorine and cleaning agents as these will affect the outer finish and also the longevity of the elastic.   

Remove: Take your jewellery off prior to swimming, bathing and sports or other physical activities.

Pearl Jewellery: It’s important to care for your pearl pieces to maintain their natural sparkle. In addition to the top tips above try to keep your pearl jewellery separate from other jewellery to prevent them getting scratched and wipe with a soft cloth after wearing them. Also, try to wear them as often as you can because pearls benefit from being in a moist environment which will help keep their natural shine.

Transit times can vary GREATLY. Occasionally packages can be substantially delayed if held up at customs. We don’t have any control over your country’s customs officials, so please understand the risk of delay. This isn’t common, but it does happen occasionally.
